Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and we got a great deal online for a Business Suite. The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful with lots of space. However, I missed opening the window in time to enjoy the warm ambiance.
When I arrived at the hotel after a long journey, the garden view room I got was a bit dirty, and unfortunately, it seemed like no proper servicing had been done during my late arrival. However, the staff were so nice, offering excellent service throughout my stay, although they surprised me by entering the room while I was asleep to bring in a portable heater. The location was beautiful both inside and out, providing easy access to the city and charming places like Dalkey and Blackrock. Although there was a small issue with an impossible-to-turn-off ceiling light, the convenience of reaching the city and south coast for a last-minute stay in Dublin over 200km away from home made it worth it. The freshly baked bread was a nice touch.
Upon arrival, the executive suite seemed cozy, although it remained chilly and didn't warm up much. The room, located on the ground floor, faced the breakfast area outside, resulting in early morning disturbances from the waitstaff. The bedding setup of two single beds pushed together was not ideal for a romantic stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was brilliant, super clean, and much better than I expected. The staff went out of their way to assist us, though there were mainly trainees. The location is very convenient for exploring the Dublin suburbs, and the dining experience, while a bit disappointing, offered a delicious marmalade. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable.
